Terms and Conditions – Kaylon Services

1. Payment
   Full payment is due upon completion of the contracted task from the invoice date unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Accepted payment methods include cash, card, check, Zelle, or bank transfer.

2. Late Fees
   Invoices not paid within ten (10) days will incur a late fee of 1.5% per month (18% annually) or the maximum amount permitted by law.

3. Warranty
   All labor performed by Kaylon Services is covered by a limited warranty of thirty (30) to ninety (90) days, depending on the service provided. Materials and equipment are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty only, unless stated otherwise in writing.

4. Truck Roll Charges
   Any additional site visits not included in the original scope of work may be subject to a truck roll fee, which will be disclosed in advance. The first fifty (50) miles from zip code 32832 are included at no additional cost. For distances beyond this radius, a charge of $0.70 per additional mile will apply.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
   Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice may be subject to a $95 service fee to cover administrative and logistical costs.

6. Liability
   Kaylon Services is not responsible for damage to existing equipment, hidden or pre-existing conditions, code violations not previously disclosed, or issues resulting from misuse, lack of maintenance, or work performed by third parties after service completion.

7. Ownership of Materials
   All materials, equipment, and installed components provided by Kaylon Services remain the property of the company until full payment has been received.

8. Changes to Scope of Work
   Any work requested outside the original agreed-upon scope will be quoted and invoiced separately and must be approved by the client before execution.

9. Permits and Code Compliance
   All work is performed in accordance with applicable local, state, and national electrical, HVAC, and building codes. Permits, inspections, engineering services, or utility requirements are not included unless explicitly stated and may result in additional charges.

10. Access and Work Conditions
    The client is responsible for providing safe, clear, and uninterrupted access to the work area during scheduled service times. Kaylon Services is not liable for delays or additional costs caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, pets, site obstructions, or customer-caused interruptions.

11. Delays and Force Majeure
    Kaylon Services shall not be held liable for delays caused by conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, material backorders, utility company actions, inspections, governmental requirements, or acts of God.

12. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
